Civil Law (including consumer protection) – most comprehensively called private law – is an area of law, which deals with the relationship between evenly (not: socio-economically) matched entities (legal or natural persons).
In general, in Civil Law (Civil Code) fundamental provisions and obligations are to be found. Private Law – as a branch of Civil Law, which is conditionally recorded with the terminology Private Business Law, is particularly regulated in detail in Corporate Law, Labour and Employment Law, Tenancy Law and many other highly detailed areas of law.
