Labour and Employment Law includes all regulations, ordinances and otherwise binding regulations for paid employment. The Individual Labour Law (relationship between employers and employees) and the Collective Labour Law (on the other hand, the relationship between work councils and trade unions and employers and employers’ associations, on the other hand) have to be differentiated. An important element of the Labour and Employment Law is the protection of workers.
